What you can discuss

Four scope categories.

These are scopes customers can discuss with us. Not every service is immediately staffed; scope, technician fit, and availability are confirmed before any scheduling.

Industrial Ethernet

Physical connections serving PLCs, drives, HMIs, switches, and related equipment.

Plant fiber

Inspection, cleaning, testing, repair, and installation where the scope and qualified personnel support it.

Machine and device cabling

Connections for cameras, sensors, and industrial edge equipment.

Documentation

Endpoint identification, port records, labels, approved photographs, and test records.

Physical cabling work does not itself establish correct PLC logic, switch configuration, cybersecurity, or application compatibility. Where those questions matter, they are called out in the assessment as separate items, not assumed away.

What an assessment includes

The plant network assessment.

A scoped, documented look at the connections serving a defined equipment area. Deliverables depend on the agreed scope and can include:

  • A defined equipment area and the connections included in the scope.
  • Endpoint and port records, with unknown connections explicitly marked as unknown.
  • Customer-approved photographs and labeling observations.
  • The measurements actually performed, with the methods used and the applicable acceptance criteria.
  • Unresolved questions and recommended next steps.
  • A separate scope and quote for repairs where appropriate.

Quoted after scoping. No PLC pilot purchase required.

How testing and scheduling are described, stated plainly

Testing language is precise because the deliverables are different: a continuity check confirms a conductor path, troubleshooting isolates a fault, and standards-based certification measures a link against a published standard with a calibrated instrument. No cable is called certified without the applicable method, instrument, result, and review recorded.

Work that affects operating connections is scheduled with you under the agreed access and maintenance arrangements, including any permit, lockout, or outage-window requirements your site applies.

Data center cabling requests are reviewed for scope, site requirements, and qualified partner availability.
