These terms govern use of the public BlueRidgePLC website and demonstration.

Demonstration only

The public demo is a sanitized deterministic demonstration. It is not engineering approval, an operating instruction, a safety determination, or authorization to connect to or change any industrial control system.

No production authority

Do not use the public site to bypass an interlock, force I/O, write a tag or register, change a setpoint, download logic, alter firmware, disable a safeguard, or control production equipment. Qualified controls personnel and the plant's approved safety and change processes govern every production action.

Commercial work

The PLC First Response Pilot and any related services require a written scope covering customer responsibilities, exclusions, pricing, insurance, data boundaries, safety rules, and acceptance terms. Website pricing describes the fixed pilot offer and is confirmed in writing before kickoff.

Intellectual property

Third-party products and trademarks (including Rockwell Automation, Studio 5000, ControlLogix, and CompactLogix) belong to their owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility.
