Public site privacy

Privacy

This notice describes how the public BlueRidgePLC website handles information.

Information collected

The public contact form collects the name, work email, and company a visitor submits, plus minimal operational metadata needed to protect and deliver the service. The industrial networks inquiry form additionally collects the site city and state, a description of the issue, and any optional timing or connection-count details the visitor provides. Do not submit PLC projects, drawings, credentials, customer-controlled technical data, export-controlled data, CUI, classified information, or other sensitive plant evidence through the public forms.

Technician and partner applications

The technician network application collects the applicant’s name, email, chosen application path, and any optional details the applicant provides: city and state, travel preferences, business name, relevant experience, self-reported credentials, tools and equipment, general availability, phone, and brief project examples. This information is used to review the application against actual scoped work and possible future supervised training, and it is visible only to Blue Ridge Electric Service personnel involved in that review. Applications are stored separately from customer inquiries, applicant details are not sold, and applicant profiles, rates, locations, and availability are not published. The application form never requests Social Security numbers, tax identifiers, banking details, W-9 forms, identity documents, or sensitive screening information; do not submit them.

Use

Contact information is used to respond to a pilot inquiry, qualify the requested site boundary, and maintain a business record. It is not sold.

Public demonstration

The public demo is a sanitized deterministic demonstration that is not connected to any customer PLC. User questions may be processed by a configured model provider. Do not include confidential or operational plant information in the public demonstration.

Retention and requests

Contact pilot@blueridgeplc.com for any privacy question or request, including deletion of a submitted inquiry.
